Let’s start with the hard bit — from April 1st, our prices will go up slightly. Most services will increase by £2, with a few staying the same. Rising costs in the industry mean this is sometimes unavoidable, and we always take these decisions as a team. (See services for updated prices)
Our lovely stylist Cindy won’t be returning for the time being due to personal reasons. She’ll always be part of our salon family and is welcome back whenever she’s ready.
In case you didn’t know, we’re a hybrid/freelance salon, which means stylist hours can sometimes change. Online booking is available, and we recommend booking 4 weeks in advance for busy times.
Lisa is adjusting her hours from May - See below:
• Wednesday: 9.30–5
• Thursday: 9.30–8 (late evening by appointment only)
• Friday: 9.30–5
• Saturday: 9–6 (alternate Saturdays)
• Plus 1–2 Tuesdays/month (booking online soon!)
Lisa is not currently taking new clients, but Jenny and Rachel are happy to welcome new faces!
Amelia is in her second year of training and can take bookings for:

Have a valid skin (patch) test completed within the last 6 months.
and be over the age of 16.
Without a valid skin test, we are unable to carry out the colour service.

What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.
New booking system and policy.Now when booking with us you will receive a confirmation text (We are fully GDPR compliant) If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total .Unfortunately no show appointments do happen and are crippling for small businesses like us,We understand this sounds scary but as long as you turn up for your appointment or give us 24hrs notice to cancel or move your appointment no charge will be incurred.We understand that life gets in the way so please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be as flexible as we can .
